This Management of Change (MOC) project unfolded across three distinct phases, incorporating the integration of a water injection package, the introduction of new production capacities, a new inlet separator, enhancements to the treater system, and a new flare system.
Site scans were pivotal in documenting existing as-built conditions, and all new or surplus equipment underwent scanning before being digitally integrated into the site. Following the completion of constructability reviews by the engineering and operations teams, all piping and structural elements were forwarded for pre-fabrication.
Impressively, this process was achieved with less than 1% rework, well ahead of two scheduled outages, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
