ONSITE3D delivered comprehensive mechanical support for a significant oil sands operation in Northern Alberta, playing a key role in completing vital mechanical tasks during the site’s turnaround. Our efforts included the modification of tail gas headers, relocation of control valves, detailed 3D scanning and spool verification, enhancement of insulation thickness, demolition of a gate valve, and alterations to various supply and control lines, along with adjustments to structural platforms.

 

Our team, comprising 39 personnel, was swiftly assembled within 5 days to provide support across two value streams for a duration of 25 days. We offered skilled tradespeople and site supervision, successfully executing three at-risk critical path scopes that involved complex rigging and crane operations. All assigned scopes were completed within the stipulated timeframe.
