ONSITE3D | RoboFab Announces Plan to Launch $15 Million Series A

ONSITE3D has announced its plans to initiate a $15 million
Series A funding round in early 2025 to support its ongoing expansion strategy.
With over $20 million in annual revenue and a growing portfolio of successful
project deployments, the company aims to scale its proprietary digital twin
solutions, downstream tech-enabled manufacturing, and AI-driven digital
transformation capabilities.

Having established a solid base of recurring revenue and a
diverse client roster, ONSITE3D is positioned to pursue larger, more complex
projects across high-growth sectors. The Series A raise is expected to help
build on this foundation by enabling ONSITE3D to extend its market reach, with
a focus on accelerating expansion in the United States while sustaining steady
growth in Canada.

“Our objective for this funding round is to secure strategic
partnerships that align with our vision for the future of industrial
technology,” stated Wade Eno, CEO of ONSITE3D | RoboFab. “We are looking to
connect with capital providers and industry organizations that are equally
committed to advancing digital transformation in heavy industries.”

From 2016 to 2024 the company has experienced a 42% compound
annual growth rate (CAGR), and management anticipates continued aggressive growth
through 2029, supported by increasing adoption of its technology solutions in
the US.

“Our growth strategy is built around organic expansion,” Eno
added. “We expect to continue deepening our presence in the US while
reinforcing our Canadian operations. Beyond 2027, we foresee a shift toward a
steadier growth rate as we move into the next phase of our development.”

Leading the Series A initiative is an experienced executive
team, including Mark Alenius and Jason Orr, who will oversee investor relations
and manage strategic engagements. With a combined track record in corporate
finance, investment banking, business strategy, and investor relations, the
team is focused on establishing strong early engagements with the investment
community – with a special focus on private equity, family offices, and venture
capital groups.

We invite our network to give us feedback on our drafted investor
deck on the company’s LinkedIn page. We plan to incorporate feedback into the Series
A deck. Please reach out to Jason Orr to explore potential opportunities.
