INDIGENOUS RELATIONS
Owner & CEO Wade (Tyler) Eno is a proud member of the Metis Nation of Alberta and has recognized leadership within the indigenous community throughout North America. Wade has a track record of respecting relationships that are built to work with First Nations communities through inclusion and are transparent in the way we communicate economic impacts, labour support, environmental stewardship, and contract negotiation. Through Wade’s leadership, ONSITE3D is committed to Reconciliation as recommended by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s (TRC) 94 Calls to Action.
INDIGENOUS PROGRAMS
As part of our commitment to support Indigenous Peoples and communities, ONSITE3D has developed an Indigenous Inclusion Program (IIP) to include Indigenous workers and businesses, and to directly eliminate common obstacles to employment. Further, ONSITE3D has developed a program (INDigital) to help Indigenous youth gain experience working with digital technology, and to increase connectivity within Indigenous communities.
