PROJECT SUMMARY
This project was successfully executed in collaboration with a partner who managed the fabrication and construction aspects. At the onset, ONSITE3D carried out 3D scanning to enhance the design for the brownfield modification at the iron ore mine facility.
Facing a lack of precise documentation, ONSITE3D meticulously created as-built P&ID to accurately mirror the site conditions for the integration of the new system.
Leveraging the 3D scanning data, our team then expertly designed the engineering plan for the addition of the cyclone package and the replacement of the recirculation pump along with its associated piping. The process engineering outcomes encompassed the P&ID, control strategy, shutdown sequence, and LDT.
