The project, a comprehensive 3D Scan & Survey, was a large-scale endeavor that spanned 30 days and encompassed multiple plants. Our team successfully verified over 250 Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings for dimensional accuracy and constructability, ensuring that the construction work packages (CWPs) aligned perfectly with the onsite conditions and specifications.

Our engineering team provided robust structural and stress analysis, crucial for the integrity and longevity of the plant structures. We approached potential issues proactively, allowing for the mitigation of risks before they could materialize into cost or schedule overruns.

The project was further enhanced by our utilization of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) modeling, which streamlined the installation process. The comprehensive installation packages, developed as part of this VDC approach, served as detailed roadmaps, facilitating seamless communication and efficient coordination among the construction teams.
