18-189 – ACID GAS INJECTION UPGRADE

This capital project involved constructability design, fabrication, and installation of a plant expansion comprising of an acid gas injection system. The scope encompassed structural, mechanical, and civil activities for a ground up construction and brownfield tie-in to an existing legacy sour gas facility.

23-132 – HEAVY OIL WELL PAD

HEAVY OIL WELL PAD 23-132 Industry: Upstream – Heavy Oil Location: Peace River, Alberta Services Provided: 3D Scanning, Engineering & Design, Fabrication, Construction PROJECT SUMMARY This project involved the construction of a multi-welloil battery in Northern Alberta. The project includedmultiple equipment installations including production, bridge, and sales tanks, compressor package, and flareknockout drum and stack. All […]

20-373 – ETHANOL PLANT EXPANSION

To accommodate the tight timeframe our fabrication facility operated a day and night shift to accommodate the tight schedule required for the client. Field crews were mobilized with a tool crib to complete the installation.

23-063 – CYCLONE PACKAGE ADDITION

Leveraging the 3D scanning data, our team
then expertly designed the engineering plan for the addition of the cyclone package and the replacement of the recirculation pump along with its associated piping.

23-254 HORSE & LELAND PLANT DEBOTTLENECK

This integration aimed to de-bottleneck the Horse plant by
utilizing the mothballed refrigeration skid, inlet separation,
and flare systems of the LSP. Two options were evaluated:
continuing as two separate plants or fully integrating the
Leland Plant into the Horse Plant.

22-008 – WATER INJECTION AND FLARE SYSTEM UPGRADE

This Management of Change (MOC) project unfolded across three distinct phases, incorporating the integration of a water injection package, the introduction of new production capacities, a new inlet separator, enhancements to the treater system, and a new flare system.

23-192 – REFINERY CWP VERIFICATION

The project, a comprehensive 3D Scan & Survey, was a large-scale endeavor that spanned 30 days and encompassed multiple plants. Our team successfully verified over 250 Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings for dimensional accuracy and constructability, ensuring that the construction work packages (CWPs) aligned perfectly with the onsite conditions and specifications.

20-198 – WATER INJECTION UPGRADE

This project entailed executing water injection upgrades at a battery for a major producer in the Montney. We conducted 3D scans of the wellhead, tie-points, water injection building, and new tank before mobilization.

23-058 – FLARE FUEL GAS LINE REPLACEMENT

This project involved the replacement of corroded flare
lines at a SAGD facility near Cold Lake, Alberta. Sections
of the line were located within the radius of a flare zone which posed significant risk to personnel. To mitigate the risk, the lines, structural steel, and tie-points were scanned with LIDAR and 100% pre-fabricated at our facility in Grande Prairie.
